CASE A: You change of opinion

The Customer has the option of returning the products at his expense to the Company within 7 working days of receipt for exchange or refund. Any request for exchange, cancellation or refund must be made by email to the Company, on shop@comapromo.com

Returned merchandise must be in perfect condition, in its original packaging, and accompanied by all accessories and instructions. Delivery and return costs remain the responsibility of the customer. In this case, any recovery will be the creation of a credit equal to the purchase price of the object excluding participation in delivery costs for the benefit of the Customer, after quantitative verification and quality of returned products.

 

CASE B: The Shop ComaPromo sends you a wrong product not selected

The Customer has the option of returning the products at ComaPromo expense to the Company within 7 working days of receipt for exchange or refund. Any request for exchange, cancellation or refund must be made by email to the Company, on shop@comapromo.com

Returned merchandise must be in perfect condition, in its original packaging, and accompanied by all accessories and instructions. Delivery and return costs remain the responsibility of ComaPromo. In this case, any recovery will either result in the sending of a reimbursement check equal to the purchase price of the object excluding participation in delivery costs, or the creation of a credit for the benefit of the Customer, after quantitative verification and quality of returned products.
